BACH (PRONOUNCED ‘BATCH’) MEANS: HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

BACH Fitness is a local Buckhead-owned fitness studio and valued partner of Livable Buckhead. As part of the Better Habits, Better You Challenge, BACH Fitness a HIIT studio in Buckhead will be hosting live and/or prerecorded 30 minute HIIT classes for a quick (and not so easy) way to break a sweat. Please see below for each week’s free class.

BACH Philosophy

The human body is designed to move. It contributes far more to our lives than just physical attributes such as strength and endurance – our body plays a major role in our emotions, thought processes, learning and relationships. BACH’s approach to physical fitness achieves this through training not only the body, but also one’s mind and spirit. Our balanced weekly schedule consists of functional athletic movement that strengthens, lengthens, and sweats your way to a better you.
