Atlanta Mayoral Candidates Set to Weigh in on Buckhead Issues During Oct. 14 Forum

Buckhead Business Association and Livable Buckhead hosting in-person and online public event

ATLANTA (October 6, 2021) – The Buckhead Business Association and Livable Buckhead today announced that they will host an Atlanta Mayoral Candidates Forum at Chastain Horse Park on Thursday, Oct. 14 from 7:15 to 9 a.m. The event will also be live streamed for participants who cannot attend in person.

The forum will focus on Buckhead’s concerns about important issues including crime, zoning changes and a decline in city services. Moderated by former WSB-TV anchor, Craig Lucie, this forum will provide the audience with insights on the candidates’ vision for the city of Atlanta, the role and future of Buckhead community and more.

The mayoral candidate forum will begin at 7:15 with an informal time to meet and talk with the candidates. The question-and-answer session begins at 7:45 and will conclude at 9.

Reservations are required for both in-person and online participants. Tickets to the in-person event are $20 for members or $25 for non-members and include a light breakfast. There is no charge for tickets to the online session. Only the question-and-answer portion of the program will be available for online participants.
