Walk, Drive, MARTA: The Most Wonderful Time of the Year
Walk, Drive, MARTA… What do you do?
You’ve avoided the malls and listening to the radio till now. You firmly believe it’s not appropriate to start pulling out the holiday decorations or watching the Christmas shows till December starts. Now Black Friday has passed, the only part of the holiday season you really care about is around the corner. You go into your closet and dig out the lights, last year’s white elephant presents, and the holiday sweaters. All this in preparation for the holiday parties, the spiked eggnog, and the free beers.
You have half a dozen invites to holiday parties and all you have to do is get there. What do you do?
Walk: But what about the cookies? How do you transport all those holiday treats safely to your final destination?
Bike: Is it possible to put Christmas lights on a bike?
Drive: Merry Christmas -From I-85
Marta: Yes. The other people are judging you for wearing reindeer ears and flashing lights on the train.

Plan ahead and be safe.
Over this holiday season, we want everyone to be safe and enjoy all the celebrations. As much as you are going to plan in advance to make sure you are getting the best sales this holiday, plan for a safe commute to and from your destinations over this holiday season. Carpool with your friends. Call an Uber or Lyft. Do a group bike ride to the brewery for that holiday party. Don’t get on the naughty list because you didn’t plan for that traffic stop.
Livable Buckhead wants you to enjoy this wonderful holiday season. Celebrate with your family and friends, but please be safe. We can’t wait to see you in the New Year.
From our family to yours, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
