DESCRIPTION:Development Review Committees (DRC) have been established as an advisory group for the purpose of providing to the Director of the Bureau of Planning formal comments on Special Administrative Permit (SAP) applications within a particular SPI zoning district. \nThe DRC convenes monthly (or as needed) to comment on SAP applications within a particular District.  Each DRC shall provide recommendations to the Office of Planning Staff and the applicant within 7 business days\, unless applicant is requested to return to the applicable DRC\, and or present to respective neighborhood organization(s)\, or NPU.   \nEach DRC shall consist of committee members representing the corresponding SPI district stakeholders\, including: property owner(s)\, business owner(s) or resident(s)\, and applicable neighborhood organization(s). \nDRC Members: \nCity of Atlanta Staff Representative: Karl Smith-Davids \nCID Representative: Bonnie Dean\, Selig Enterprises & Dwight Bell\, Loudermilk Bell \nNeighborhood Representative: Bob Stasiowski\, NPU-B \nDistrict 7 Council Representative:  Sally Silver \nLivable Buckhead Representative: Denise Starling \nDRC Meetings \nDRC meetings are open to the public and take place on the first Wednesday of each month in Suite 1515 of Tower Place 100\, 3340 Peachtree Road\, 30326.  The SPI-9 DRC meeting begins at 1:00pm.  For questions or to be placed on the agenda\, please click here.

DESCRIPTION:If you are a manager with a Buckhead-based organization struggling with managing your teleworkers\, looking to start or formalize a telework program in your office\, then join us for managers’ training on general telework policy and management. Elham Shirazi\, our telework consultant\, will be be leading the training. She has over 33 years of experience in developing programs\, resource materials and training workshops with hundreds of employers across the country.  \nThe seminar will be held in the Terminus conference room 3280 on Wednesday\, June 27 from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. Livable Buckhead will also be providing lunch.  \nThis is your chance to receive important information on how to formalize your program or put a policy in place. This training session is open to all Buckhead-based businesses and organizations.
