DESCRIPTION:About Livable Buckhead’s Commercial Property Managers’ Committee: \nCommercial properties in Buckhead play a huge role in sustainability efforts. From energy and water consumption to EV charging to influence over occupant commutes to land-use imprint\, Buckhead commercial properties are leading the way in Atlanta. More than 19-million square feet of commercial buildings participated in the Atlanta Better Building Challenge\, the goal which was to reduce energy and water consumption by 20% by 2020… goals exceeded earlier than planned. \nThe committee is open to the Buckhead commercial property management team members to serve on and reports to the Livable Buckhead Board of Directors. DESCRIPTION:Join Livable Buckhead and the Hyatt Centric every other Thursday throughout the summer for the yappiest happy hour in the city! From 5 – 7PM\, pups and their humans are invited to join us at the Hyatt Centric for free training and a cock”tail”. Each week has a new theme\, activity or giveaway. We can’t wait to see all our four-legged companions for this summer’s Yappy Hour! \nCost: Free (RSVP Suggested) \n\nJune 9th: Owner of K-9 Express and and 20 year obedience expert will be on site to share basic training for you and your pup! Our friends at Hyatt Centric will be sharing some adult beverages for our human companions and Barkuterie snacks for our four legged participants!\nJune 23rd: Ready to run with your four-legged friend? Running experts will be on hand on how to safely run with your dog. Once we’ve mastered the basics\, we’ll host our first ever doggie dash. Cool drinks and even COOLER prizes!\nJuly 7th: It’s the dog days of summer! And we’ve got a treat for you and your four-legged friends\, after a quick obedience training\, it’s our doggy splash! Doggy pools and prizes will be on site with some cool drinks to beat the heat.\nJuly 21st: Ever wondered if your dog was the next Tom Brady of agility? Join us for a fun evening of basic commands to get your pup learning basic agility.\nAugust 11th: It’s the dog days of summer! And we’ve got a treat for you and your four-legged friends\, after a quick obedience training\, it’s our doggy splash! Doggy pools and prizes will be on site with some cool drinks to beat the heat.\nAugust 25th: We want our pups to live long and healthy lives. A local vet will be on hand to share the do’s and don’ts for our best pals. From puppies to seniors\, we want all our tail wagging friends to live long lives!\nSeptember 8th: It’s the dog days of summer! And we’ve got a treat for you and your 4 legged friends\, after a quick obedience training\, it’s our doggy splash! Doggy pools and prizes will be on site with some cool drinks to beat the heat.\nSeptember 22nd: For our last Yappy Hour of the year\, after a quick obedience training\, we’ll be hosting a fun filled photoshoot for you and your pup. Local photographer\, Stephanie Godfrey will be on site to take photo of you and your pup!
