DESCRIPTION:About Livable Buckhead’s Employer Council: \nBuckhead is a major driver of Atlanta’s and Georgia’s economy generating $2.9 Billion in gross annual retail sales. Buckhead has 23M square feet of commercial office development\, 5\,858 hotel rooms\, an estimated 1\,500 retail outlets\, and over 300 restaurants. While 87\,000 people call Buckhead home\, the daytime population swells to an estimated 140\,000 as workers\, tourists and business people go about their day. Employers play a vital role in the sustainability of the community and Livable Buckhead wants to help them stay informed and committed to the goal of sustainability. \nThe council is open to all Buckhead employers to serve on and provides information vital for Buckhead employers\, serves as networking opportunity\, and meets every other month. \nIf you are interested in joining our Employer Council\, let us know!
