regarding the conceptual plan for Old Ivy Park.

BACKGROUND:
Under the leadership of Hon. Councilmember Howard Shook, Old Ivy Park was acquired by a unique
partnership between the City of Atlanta’s Department of Parks and Recreation and Livable Buckhead,
a local nonprofit organization.

Old Ivy Park is a 0.7 acre parcel located on Old Ivy Road at the junction with the recently completed
phase one of PATH400 in Buckhead. Old Ivy Park serves multiple community needs, serving as a point
of interest for walkers and cyclists on PATH400 as well as a gathering spot and neighborhood park for
North Buckhead residents – both in the single family neighborhoods and the urban high rises just
across Lenox Road.
