Geoff Koski has researched, analyzed, and reported on real estate and community development trends across a wide range of land uses for over a decade. He has sized-up markets large and small across the United States, helping to identify market opportunities for real estate projects and making redevelopment recommendations for urban centers.

Geoff has extensive experience in assessing the market and financial potential of various real estate product types and mixed used developments. His experience includes serving as project manager for the Downtown Atlanta Market Analysis, conducted by RCLCO for Central Atlanta Progress in October 2007, and more recently, as real estate market analyst of a Urban Land Institute (ULI) Technical Assistance Program (TAP) that assessed the redevelopment potential of one of Downtown Atlanta’s key historical assets: the Atlanta Constitution Building.
