Svein Romstad

Svein Romstad,  the Loudermilk Companies

Mr. Romstad is Vice-President, Director of Asset Management for The Loudermilk Companies, which he joined in 2014 after 6 years with Cannon Equities/Cannon Realty Group in a similar capacity. Prior to that, Mr. Romstad was with John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods for five years as a Neighborhood Sales Manager. During that time period, Mr. Romstad achieved a Lifetime Million Dollar Club member status and has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia since 1986. Mr. Romstad also holds a LEED Green Associate certification. Prior to entering into the field of commercial and residential real estate, Mr. Romstad was the Senior Group Manager for Meridian Management, the marketing agency for the International Olympic Committee (IOC). At Meridian Management he held account management responsibilities for TOP Partners such as McDonald’s, Kodak, VISA, Panasonic, UPS and Samsung. Mr. Romstad came to Meridian Management from Turner Broadcasting System (TBS) were he was the Director of Sports Relations for the Goodwill Games. Mr. Romstad was a member of the Norwegian National Luge Team prior to joining USA Luge as their head coach, a capacity he held through the 1984 Olympic Winter Games in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia. Following his coaching career Mr. Romstad was elected as the Vice President for USA Luge and served for seven years. In 1994, Mr. Romstad was elected as Secretary General for the International Luge Federation (FIL), a position he still holds today. Mr. Romstad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from the University of Georgia.
