Bill Hollett, Cousins Properties

William (Bill) Hollett, Senior Vice President with Cousins Properties, is responsible for the office leasing of the company’s Atlanta Class A office properties, including One Ninety One Peachtree, the American Cancer Society Center, Terminus, Promenade, NorthPark Town Center and North Point Center East. Over the past 28 years, Bill has established his expertise in leasing and asset management of Class A office properties and he has been directly involved in the successful completion of more than 4.5 million square feet of leases, as well as leadership and support of successful leasing teams. Prior to joining Cousins Properties in 2012, Bill was a managing director/market leader with Parkway Properties and regional director for its predecessors, Eola Capital and America’s Capital Partners. Until 2006 Bill also held leadership and leasing positions with Equity Office Properties Trust, where he worked for 15 years. From 1987 to 1992, he was a senior leasing representative for Mansur Development in Indianapolis.

Community Involvement: Bill currently serves on the Board of Advisors of Holy Innocents Episcopal School, the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for Central Atlanta Progress, the Board of Directors of Sandy Springs Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors for the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and the Honorary Board for the Special Olympics of Georgia. In addition, he is active with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (currently a Mentor on the Diversity Committee), the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and Holy Innocents’ Episcopal Church. He was the NAIOP Georgia Chapter President in 2011.
